There's a sizzling sound. Falco will feel his skin burn. The purple mark reacts- something emerges from it, breaking through the seal and tries to take a swipe at Jun]

[Thanks to his enhanced reflexes, he jumps back - the swipe narrowly missing his uniform's collar. Right after, it sinks back into Falco's neck]
